Custom Orders
If it’s made especially for you, it’s a forever kind of thing—custom orders can’t be returned. But if we make a mistake or it arrives damaged, we’ll fix it fast.

Ready-to-Ship Items
Changed your mind? You can send back unused, unopened items within 14 days. Just email us first so we can walk you through it.

The Handmade Bit
Slight variations in color or placement are normal—your piece is one-of-a-kind!
